Julia is an independent commercial arbitrator with 30+ years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to starting her own company, she chaired the Energy Regulation, Markets, & Enforcement practice at a global law firm. She and her husband live in Annapolis, Maryland and Hamilton, Montana, with their golden retriever (Riley). She is a private pilot, a competitive horsewoman, and an avid gardener

Chad is an Information Technology professsional with 40+ years experience in IT services and Software Engineering. Chad lives in Conroe, TX with his wife, 3 cats and 2 dogs. He is a musician, golfer, enjoys working in the yard in his spare time and lastly is a longtime moderate Independent.

Lauren lives in Houston, TX and is a Private Tutor in a vast amount of subjects who has experience in website development and general business. She has a degree in English Literature, Studio Art and Art History and is currently working on a masters in mathematics. She is an artist working in many mediums in her spare time when not playing games, biking or reading.
